Fireworks Light Up Plano, Allen, McKinney and Richardson Skies!

Addison Kaboom Town in Addison Circle

July 3rd - While Addison isn't in Collin County, it's worth noting the date and giving you a link.  Winning many awards, this is a show not to miss.  The park opens at 4.  The Air Show is at 7:15.  At 8, the Dallas Wind Symphony performs.  Fireworks are at 9:30 and hold on...live music follows it up at 10:15!  With no work on Monday, stay out late! 

Allen, Texas

Market Street Allen USA Celebration at Celebration Park

June 25th - Every year, the Saturday before (in this case WAY before July 4th), Allen kicks off the 4th of July Celebrations with their family friendly play zone, food trucks, concerts and amazing fireworks show.  The festivities will start at 4:00 with the fireworks ending the night at 10:00.  Concerts go on throughout the day, but the Gin Blossoms will be there at 8:30 this year as the headlining band for Allen's 4th of July celebration.

Frisco, Texas

Frisco Freedom Fest in Downtown Frisco Plaza and Toyota Stadium

July 4th - Freedom Fest has live music, exhibits, a Taste of Frisco, and many other fun family-friendly activities.  The night ends with one of North Texas' largest fireworks displays following the FC Dallas Game (approximately 10pm).  If in the area, go celebrate on the 4th with your family!

McKinney, Texas

Red, White and Boom at Historic Downtown McKinney and Craig Ranch

July 4th - McKinney TX kicks off the 4th with a parade and classic car, truck and cycle show in Historic Downtown McKinney. The parade is at 10am, while the car show is 1pm-5.

McKinney festivities resume at the McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch (7pm) with music, food, kids’ activities, a concert and a fireworks display (9:45). WRR will provide ‘Sounds of America’ on a live simulcast during the fireworks on Classical 101.1.  All activities are free and open to the public.

Richardson, Texas

Family Fourth Celebration at Breckenridge Park

July 4th - This annual celebration in Richardson, TX takes place each July 4th.  It has kids activities, live music, food vendors and ends with fireworks at 9:45.  Festivities start at 6 pm with music starting at 6:30.

Parker, Texas

Celebrate Freedom at Southfork Ranch

June 25th - This full day of music, activities, food and more is a huge crowd pleaser to kick off the Independence Day festivities around the area.  Tickets are required for a full day of concerts and fun!  They are free, but go to the website to see where you can get yours.  

Plano, Texas

All American Fourth at Oak Point

July 4th - Plano's amazing fireworks show begins at 9:30 and lasts for approximately half an hour.  On their website, you can learn about where to watch from and which roads will be closed around the area.  The day starts at 9am with the Lion's Club hometown parade going west on 15th and north on Independence.
